Algoma, 2020

We climbed straight up for a hour and a half, along a faint overgrown trail. The mosquitoes were inquisitive, the air was warm. We kept on until the trail ended almost in the clouds.

Then the sun-steeped northland, ruggedly alive, spread below us.20200730_150307
